Every now and again, brands and PR companies send me free samples of their products to test out.  If I do decide to mention the product in a blog post, I make sure the fact I was provided a free sample is clearly highlighted and I guarantee that my comments about the product are always completely honest.

Sponsored posts

When I receive payment or a product worth more than £50, I will highlight this as a ‘sponsored’ post. Payment ensures the brand inclusion of images and certain content but again I guarantee that any views expressed are always my own and are always 100% honest. I do not sell follow links – all paid-for posts contain no-follow links.
